Tests and Quizzes

This section contains exercises and tests prepared to check your knowledge of the verb tenses. There are two types of excercises - form and use.

Form is usually easier because all you have to know is the general rule of forming tenses (sometimes you will find that all answers are be the same!).

The other type is use. In such tests you have to choose between two or more tenses (e.g. Present Simple vs. Present Continuous).

Good luck!
