Verb tense - question

I don't know if this is the simple present tense or something else.
example
He speaks to classes.
or
He walks with children.
My guess is that this is the present simple tense but these sentences seem to imply that this is something that happens but not at any definite period in time - more at these actions are a regular routine. Which tense of the verb would these be.
THANKS SO MUCH

I think the sentences you provided are in the present tense. A quote from Wikipedia:

"The present tense is the tense (that is, the form of the verb) that may be used to express:

* action at the present
* a state of being;
* a habitual action;
* an occurrence in the (very) near future; or
* an action that occurred in the past and continues up to the present."

Your sentences fall under "a habitual action".
