Both forms of the Future Simple ("going to" and "will") are used to talk about predictions but in slightly different situations. Write correct sentences using one of the grammatical structures.
"Will" should be use when you say or express something on the moment of speaking, like in number 3....
In 1 and 4 , will should be used as It is a direct consequence with the present moment.
Going to is used for future plans.

I guess you're wrong. In number 1 and 4, "be Going to is" used because the sentences express predictions based on some present evidence. And by the way, both "going to" and "will" are used for future plans ("Will" for plans being made at the moment of speaking and "going to" for plans previously arranged).
Cheers
Perfect explanation! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! Oleg
