"Will" vs "going to" for predictions

Introduction

Both forms of the Future Simple ("going to" and "will") are used to talk about predictions but in slightly different situations. Write correct sentences using one of the grammatical structures.

"Will" should be use when you say or express something on the moment of speaking, like in number 3....

In 1 and 4 , will should be used as It is a direct consequence with the present moment.

Going to is used for future plans.

I guess you're wrong. In number 1 and 4, "be Going to is" used because the sentences express predictions based on some present evidence. And by the way, both "going to" and "will" are used for future plans ("Will" for plans being made at the moment of speaking and "going to" for plans previously arranged).

"Will" is used for predictions base on guesses.
"Be going to" is used for predictions base on evidences.

"Will" is used to show promises, willingness when we make the decision at the time of speaking ( not plan )
"Be going to" is used for future which has been planned.
