Regarding questions 5 and 6:

The correct answer for number 5 is "isn't wearing" and I answered "is wearing." Nothing in the instructions, in the set-up or the sentence structure indicates that the answer could be in negative form.

I would argue that the answer to number 6 could either be in the simple present form or the present continuous form.

Example 1: Who are you talking to at this moment?
Example 2: Who do you talk to on the bus every morning?
